What is the Snail Mail Club?
It’s a monthly subscription where you receive thoughtfully created mail. Each envelope is stuffed with original art, letters, a guided healing experience, and other surprise themed goodies, then hand-stamped and delivered right to your mailbox.
What will I receive?
Each delivery will include: an A6 postcard and vinyl stickers all hand-illustrated from the Eeks & Squeaks world, a personal heartfelt letter, a spirit guide letter, a link to an exclusive guided audio healing journey, and surprise themed extras. Every snail mail package is created with intention and care.
How often will I receive mail?
You’ll receive one mailing per subscription cycle (typically monthly).
When will my first mail arrive?
Letters will be mailed no later than the last business day of each month. To receive a snail mail package for the current month, you must subscribe by the 15th (U.S. time).
If you sign up anytime between the 1st and the 15th, your first letter will ship by the last business day of that same month.
If you sign up after the 15th, your first package will ship by the last business day of the following month.
This insures for adequate time for printing and assembling each snail mail package.
Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for delivery within the U.S. and 2–3 weeks for international delivery.
Letters are sent via standard letter post and cannot be tracked.
And remember — the waiting is part of the experience :)
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time in your Stripe account portal. Click the link in the footer ‘manage my subscription’. Your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. If you have any trouble email me at melissa@eeksandsqueaks.com
Do you offer refunds?
Because each piece is a physical and creative item, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. If something feels off, please reach out. I truly care about your experience.
What if my mail gets lost?
Once your mail is sent, delivery is handled by the postal service. If something doesn’t arrive by 4 weeks after the shipping date has elapsed, please contact me and I’ll resend your letter.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes! this makes a beautiful, meaningful gift. Just enter the recipient’s mailing address at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping times may vary depending on location and prices are adjusted accordingly due to shipping costs.
How do I update my address?
If your address changes, you can update it in your Stripe account portal, or you can email me at melissa@eeksandsqueaks.com as soon as possible so we can update your subscription.
